Being Honest

There is alot to be said about just being honest. I need to work on expressing that more in my life. I am not sure as of today if I can be totally honest to myself. I need to know that it's ok to tell the truth to the ones you love, since lies upon lies upon lies leads to one believing that the lie is now the truth.
I guess that's a ramble, but for now that's my thought of the day.
